01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "x4444", "we", "us", "our" refers to x4444, the operator of the website accessible at https://x4444.club and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the x4444 platform.
• "Platform" means the x4444 website, mobile-optimised site, casino lobby, sportsbook, live dealer section, and all associated software and services.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the x4444 Platform.
• "Funds" means real-money balances held in a Player's x4444 Account wallet, whether deposited directly or credited as winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

• "USDT" means Tether USD stablecoin, specifically the TRC20 variant supported on the x4444 Platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the x4444 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and x4444.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the x4444 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

x4444 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, x4444 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players. It remains the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

03 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on x4444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. x4444 operates a strict 21+ policy and does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of x4444 or any of its affiliated software providers or payment processors.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from x4444 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.

04 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on x4444, you must create a registered Account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

• Each individual may hold only one Account on x4444. Multiple accounts created by the same individual — regardless of name, payment method, or device — are prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your x4444 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify x4444 immediately via the support channel if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• x4444 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at registration or at any subsequent point. You agree to provide requested documentation promptly, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts created using false or misleading information are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all funds held within.
• x4444 may decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

05 Deposits & Payments

x4444 supports a range of deposit methods tailored for Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 or the equivalent in USDT. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method and account verification status.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited to your x4444 wallet following blockchain network confirmation. x4444 is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion or on-chain processing times.
• x4444 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges. These are the sole responsibility of the Player.
• x4444 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used to fund an Account before processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your x4444 Account. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

06 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available real-money funds from their x4444 Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• All applicable wagering requirements associated with Bonus Funds must be satisfied before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• x4444 reserves the right to carry out full KYC verification before approving any withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days will result in withdrawal request cancellation.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically feasible. Alternative withdrawal methods may be offered at x4444's discretion.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 or the USDT equivalent. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• x4444 targets processing withdrawal requests within one business day for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and crypto withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to three business days.
• x4444 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in cases where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.
• Players are responsible for any applicable taxes on gambling winnings in their jurisdiction. x4444 does not deduct or withhold tax on behalf of any Player.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

x4444 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players only. x4444 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Welcome bonuses and deposit match bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified on the promotion page.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• x4444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. In the event a bonus is found to have been claimed in error or through abuse, x4444 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Players who use multiple accounts, share devices, or collude with others to exploit bonuses will have all bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

08 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the x4444 Platform across casino games, live dealer tables, and the sportsbook:

• All bets are final once confirmed. x4444 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a wager after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• x4444 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where a palpable error in odds or game configuration occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or sportsbook event, x4444 will apply its documented error resolution procedures. Where a game round cannot be resolved, stakes will be returned to Players.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change up until the event commences. Any bet placed before an odds change is honoured at the odds displayed at the time of placement.
• PSL and international cricket betting markets are subject to the x4444 Cricket Betting Rules, which form a supplementary part of these Terms. In-play cricket markets close automatically at certain match events; x4444 is not responsible for bets submitted after market closure.
• x4444 reserves the right to impose bet limits on individual Players, specific markets, or across the Platform generally at any time.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x4444 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place or manage bets on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in any game or betting market for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players at live dealer tables, poker games, or sportsbook markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports event manipulation.
• Using the x4444 Platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account for any purpose.
• Providing false identity information or submitting fraudulent documentation during KYC verification.
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with x4444's systems, databases, or source code.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits without first contacting x4444 support to attempt resolution.

10 Responsible Gaming

• The x4444 name, logo, and brand marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x4444 hereby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Platform and your use thereof. Without limiting the foregoing:

• x4444 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• x4444's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
• x4444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• x4444 is not responsible for the actions or content of third-party game software providers whose titles are available on the Platform.
• x4444 is not liable for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment processor failures, natural disasters, or regulatory interventions.

13 Privacy & Data

x4444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• x4444 collects personal information necessary for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and payment processing.
• x4444 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
• x4444 may share your data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or our compliance obligations.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by x4444 by contacting our support team, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

14 Account Closure & Termination

Either party may close a Player's x4444 Account under the following circumstances:

• Player-initiated closure: A Player may request account closure at any time by contacting x4444 support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following KYC verification, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements.
• x4444-initiated termination: x4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
• Upon termination for breach, x4444 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, funds may be forfeited.
• Self-excluded Players who attempt to re-register during their exclusion period will have the new account closed immediately and any deposits returned.

15 Amendments to These Terms

x4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, x4444 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the x4444 Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to x4444's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming compliance framework.

• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the x4444 server log shall be considered the definitive record of the transaction.
