x4444 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all registered Players. The x4444 Platform is not directed at, designed for, or intended to be used by individuals under the age of 21. x4444 does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

If x4444 becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from an individual who is under 21 years of age, that data will be deleted immediately, the account will be closed, and any deposits will be returned. Any winnings accrued by an underage Player will be forfeited in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
